Every project starts the same way: someone from JM Landscaping LLC walks the property with you. We look at grade, drainage, soil type, and sun exposure, and we listen to what the site is already telling us before anyone talks about materials or price. That walk-through and the written estimate that follows are both free, and the estimate spells out scope, materials, and timeline so nothing turns into a surprise once work begins.

We have been family-owned since 1989, which means the person quoting your project is likely to drive past it for the next twenty years. That changes how we bid. We would rather tell a homeowner that a shaded lawn will never hold turf than sell them seed every spring, and we would rather build a retaining wall once, properly, than come back and repair it twice.

Our crews are ICPI-certified paver installers and Bell Guard authorized contractors, we carry full insurance, and hardscape work is backed by a workmanship warranty. Those credentials matter most on the parts of a project nobody can inspect once it is finished: base preparation, compaction, and drainage. That is where corners get cut in this trade, and it is where we do not cut them.

Most of what we take on sits within about a forty-minute drive of Green Bay, covering Brown County and the surrounding communities. Residential work runs from a single bed refresh through a full property redesign, taking in both landscaping services and hardscape services, and we maintain commercial grounds on scheduled programs through the year.
